What exactly is a travel butler?
A travel professional who cares more about you than about where you want to go. We take all the details of your travel experience into account along with your personal passions and weave them together to make your life more enjoyable and your vacation, honeymoon, or corporate retreat a wonderful experience. Think wedding/financial planner, graphic artist and well, a butler, except someone focused on travel.
What makes you special?
You. We take time to know you and we designed the whole business to put you first. This allows us to spend as much time with you as necessary. We do not need to rush or hurry to get on to the next person. You are our priority and we love it!

Because to us you are special. When you travel there are so many details to be decided. Where to go? When to go? How should I get from here to there? What is the best price? How do I get through security? What souvenirs can I bring back home? You get the idea. There are lots of questions and even more potential answers. Who do you work with?
We work with people. Our clients value their time and want something special on vacation, their honeymoon, or destination wedding - whatever you want. We work with you and your individual needs. Many of our clients are busy working professionals. They may be a business owner, CEO, executive officer or someone who has been saving up for that epic journey of a lifetime.
What credentials do you have?
We have helped people around the United States and Canada. We have been featured on the front page of the York Daily Record newspaper, in the Central Penn Business Journal and the international APEX magazine. We are members of the national trade organization, ASTA (American Society of Travel Advisors). Locally we are affiliated with the West Shore Chamber of Commerce. We have been selected as one of the world's top travel design companies and as such accepted into the exclusive Traveller Made community.
What is Traveller Made?

What places can you send someone?
Anywhere in the world that you want to go (unless you want to go to a war zone or something ridiculous like that). In fact many of our clients do not know where they want to go so we can help with that too. We have designed experiences on all seven continents and in many different situations.
Enjoy yachting in the Caribbean or climb the Rockies. Experience the excitement of your romantic weekend in New York City. Sample the savory reds of wine country in California. Celebrate your birthday in Las Vegas. Experience a once-in-a-lifetime safari through Africa. Climb up to the base camp at Everest. What are your limitations?
We are limited only by our combined imaginations and the budget. Oh, and we won't create experiences that are illegal or immoral.
When should we start the design and planning process?
Planning is best started 1 year to 6 months before you travel. In some cases it is better to start even earlier. Cruises tend to give some of the best rates and have the best availability a full year before the departure date. Some posh hotels and restaurants must be booked well in advance. Some sports events sell tickets a few years in advance of the actual occurrence. Want to celebrate your birthday in Jackson Hole, Wyoming? We best start as early as possible.
How long does it take to create an experience?
Planning time varies greatly. Something basic may take up a week to plan. Most advanced experiences involving custom tailored itineraries run between 20-40 hours of work spread out over 3-4 weeks up to multiple months.
How much does it cost?
Our professional design services start at just $1000. What are you waiting for? Get rid of the stress and just enjoy your next journey. Contact us to setup an initial dream session. We are not cheap (thank goodness) but our clients find our services to be a good value.
How can I pay?
Most clients tend to pay for services via check to Travel Simplicity. If it is necessary or preferred to pay via credit card for travel planning we can do that too.
What if I don't want my travel experience to be custom designed?
While not our specialty or passion, if you just want to get away without a personalized experience, know what you want, or just want some basic advice from us before we make a simple reservation for you we do offer a limited complimentary service where we will play travel agent. This is great for traditional cruises, all-inclusive resorts, small group tours or getting away for the weekend when you don't want moments like a private guide or curated dining experiences.
Why come to you when I can book it myself on the internet?
Time. Your time is the most valuable asset you have. With it you can spend time looking for the best deal on the internet or you could be spending time with your children or enjoying a nice dinner with friends. Let us take the work, the stress and the time on our shoulders so that you can simply go and enjoy. Especially with the peace-of-mind in knowing that we have your best interests at heart and are planning your next vacation just like you expect. The question ultimately comes to what is the most important part of your journey, the cost or the experience? If you answer experience, we are the right travel butlers for you.
Creativity and Connections. We know what can be done and can come up with ideas that you didn't even know were possible. And we know people all over the world to make some incredible things happen. As long as it is not physically impossible or outside the budget we can make it happen.
Where are you located?
We are located in central Pennsylvania. We are within a 2 hour drive of Washington, DC, Wilmington, DE, Cherry Hill, NJ, Philadelphia, PA, and Baltimore, MD. We are easily accessible by interstates 83, 81, 15 and the Pennsylvania Turnpike.
Not local? No problem we work remotely and have clients throughout the world in such far flung remote locations like Maine, Virginia, Alaska, Oregon and even the Ukraine.
