You will have all the details and information you need provided anyway you need it: digital, web-based, via the app and in a personalized travel folder. You will even have access to an interactive custom Travel Simplicity map with all kinds of lovely suggestions of what you could do, where you could eat and what you might want to see during your leisure time. Throughout your journey, our local travel butlers are available via email or phone. If desired you can even be picked up by our friend Bjorn or enjoy dinner with his in-laws over an authentic Icelandic barbecue.

As much as we love doing so, we didn't want to only be able to help with epic once-in-a-lifetime experiences. So while we have become known for creating seemingly impossible adventures, we can help with almost anything. Here are the various ways we work with you to craft the experience that is right for you each and every time you choose to travel.

Unique custom-designed Moments that Matter.
Our specialty is in creating unique travel experiences without boxes so dream big! We design these experiences from scratch and when possible choose to work with local in-country experts to craft some of the most creative and memorable moments possible. We want you to remember and cherish these times forever. We design these moments to enrich and positively influence your life. What are your dreams? We are excited to hear them and help create some new stories. Starting at $2000.
During the complimentary initial dream session we will determine whether your experience will be a Basic, Intermediate or Advanced "There is No Box" custom design. The non-refundable deposit is due prior to starting the design process.

JUST A FEW BOXES
Simple Design and Planning Service with Boundaries.
This is perfect for when you want to enjoy a customized experience with special memories but either can’t afford an exclusively unique experience or just desire something simpler. Enjoy a 1-hour initial consultation with your travel butler who will then tailor an experience to you but in a lite version, limiting ourselves to only those travel providers and suppliers who offer commissions in order to still deliver an experience that you will love. We will get to know you to research and design an experience for you but with some boundaries. $1000
The initial dream session is complimentary. The non-refundable deposit is due prior to starting the design process.

If you enjoy the research and planning of your trip as part of your travel experience but you would like guidance from an expert, we’re here to help! Based on our expertise in designing unique travel experiences, we will look over your plans to give you basic advice and direction, help avoid mistakes before they happen and answer your travel questions. Not to mention that we can help direct your research and ideas so that each traveling companion has a good time and no one is left out. $200/hour

Simple Reservation Service Only.
If you know what cruise, all-inclusive resort or travel package you want, let us know. If you don’t want a personalized experience, but would like some simple advice and direction let’s talk. Enjoy a brief consultation with a Travel Butler on a 30-minute call. He or she will make a complimentary** reservation for you. Depending upon the situation, you may be able to get some special amenities or upgrades due to our connections in the travel industry.
We will manage the reservations for you and in the event that an issue may arise with those reservations you will have someone to help. His or her advice will be invaluable for making your travels much simpler.
**Complimentary service is only available for commissionable experiences. $100/ticket/reservation for other services.
